We're seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to take the lead in delivering top-quality service and repairs for our valued customers. If you're a hands-on professional with a keen eye for detail and a drive to mentor others, this is your chance to shine in a supportive, well-equipped workshop.

What You'll Do:

n

Diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles (new and used) with accuracy and efficiency

n

Performing scheduled servicing and general maintenance, plus RWC inspections.

n

Lead and mentor junior mechanics, sharing your expertise

n

Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

n

Liaise with customers to explain repairs and provide trusted advice

n

What We're Looking For:

n

We're looking for someone with strong diagnostic capability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering safe, reliable, high-quality repairs. In return, we offer a supportive culture,

Trade qualification in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Light Vehicle or equivalent), 3rd/4th year apprentices are also encouraged to apply.

n

Minimum 3 years' experience in the industry (highly regarded)

n

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

n

A current manual driver's licence is essential

n

Hold or have the ability to obtain RWC licence (advantageous)

n

Hold or have the ability to obtain A/C qualifications (not essential)

n

Must hold valid Australian work authorisation (citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate visa)
