An Education Counsellor role supporting prospective students on suitable education options, courses, and institutions. You will handle enquiries through phone, email, and in-person consultations, follow up with prospective and existing clients, and convert enquiries into applications.

Key responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students on suitable education options, courses, and institutions
- Handle enquiries through phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients and convert enquiries into applications
- Achieve individual and team sales and conversion targets
- Maintain strong, qualified relationships with clients
- Stay updated on university courses, entry requirements, scholarships, and industry developments
- Coordinate with education providers and follow up on application outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM




- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements
- Identify potential issues and elevate them to the appropriate team members

About you

- Graduation in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Education Counsellor
- Strong communication, counselling, and customer service skills
- Target-driven with a strong focus on client satisfaction and conversion
- Good knowledge of Australian education providers and courses will be highly regarded
- Must hold valid Australian work rights for full-time employment
