Clinical Trial Pharmacist/Technician — Kings Park Pharmacy and Wexford Pharmacy

Kings Park Pharmacy and Wexford Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Pharmacist and Technician to support our growing clinical trials pharmacy services.

About the Role As Clinical Trial Pharmacist, you will play a central role in the safe and compliant management of investigational medicinal products (IMPs), working closely with our clinical trial clients, sponsors, and CROs. Key Responsibilities

- Receipt, storage, accountability, and dispensing of investigational products in accordance with GCP and TGA requirements

- Maintain accurate drug accountability records and temperature/storage compliance

- Liaise with sponsors, CROs, and clinical trial nurses on protocol-specific requirements

- Support development and review of clinical trial pharmacy SOPs

- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP), TGA regulations, and relevant state pharmacy legislation

- Participate in sponsor audits and site inspections as required





- Oversee/perform aseptic compounding and associated regulatory and compliance activities.

About You

- For the pharmacist position: Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA (current, unrestricted registration)

- Prior experience in clinical trial pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, or a related specialty area highly regarded

- Working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and TGA clinical trial requirements

- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping discipline

- Excellent communication skills for liaising with sponsors, CROs, and site staff

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
