Westurn Engineering is expanding and we are looking for experienced CNC Machinists from Mandurah, Rockingham, Peel and surrounding areas to join our talent pool for current and upcoming opportunities at our Stake Hill workshop.

What you will be doing:

- Program, set and operate CNC machinery
- Operate Okuma CNC mills and lathes
- Machine steel, stainless steel,



aluminium and engineering plastics
- Produce both production and one-off precision components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Complete quality checks to ensure work meets specifications
- Work with CAM programming systems
- Keep safety, quality and housekeeping standards high
- Work collaboratively with the wider engineering team

Shift Opportunities: We have opportunities across day and night shift.

Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm Night Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00pm–2:00am

Flexible working arrangements are also currently being trialled, including a potential 9-day fortnight.

What we're looking for:

- Certificate IV in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent
- 2+ years post-trade CNC programming experience
- CNC programming, setup and operation experience
- Okuma CNC experience highly regarded
- CAM programming experience – SolidCAM preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Safety-first approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
