AHS Hospitality is looking for a commercially minded Commercial Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term maternity leave contract through to January 2028.
This is a hands-on role where you'll partner closely with Business Development, Finance and Operations to support commercial decision-making, tender submissions, contract re-pricing and business performance reporting. What you'll be doing
- Building and maintaining pricing and bid models that support current business opportunities.
- Conducting contract re-pricing and commercial analysis across existing client portfolios.
- Producing monthly business reviews, identifying key trends, risks and opportunities, and providing meaningful insights to leaders.
- Owning and enhancing sales, pipeline and performance reporting through Excel and Power BI.
- Preparing weekly sales reporting packs and dashboards to support leadership and Business Development activities.
- Creating dashboards and reports that help stakeholders make informed business decisions.
- Supporting sales pipeline reporting, forecasting and tender submissions.
- Supporting CRM reporting, data integrity and sales pipeline processes.
- Preparing client proposals, presentations and commercial documentation.
- Working with stakeholders across the business to turn data into actionable outcomes.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is genuinely passionate about numbers and analysis.
- Has advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
- Can build, review and validate complex pricing and bid models with confidence.
- Has experience using Power BI to create reporting, dashboards and business insights.
- Is comfortable working with CRM systems and sales pipeline reporting.
- Understands commercial drivers and can translate data into recommendations.
- Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Enjoys getting into the detail while still seeing the bigger picture.
