I'm seeking a well mannered and professional level 1 cleaner to take on up to 84 hr per week contract I will hire another person to team up with you.
Both of you are required to maintain a commercial site located in Milton NSW. I will provide a van after a little while once I know your reliable and equipment for the job ensuring you are well provided for with the right equipment and tools to get any required job accomplished.
I have a plan in mind to make a new team in a different area as our business is located in the Illawarra NSW. You have to be loyal and truly reliable. I don't tolerate half assed efforts and I will look after you and provide a good work environment.

Commercial cleaning requires the maintenance of cleaning a commercial cleaning site or business. It require a strict routine and scheduling to achieve the clients expectations.
We require you to clean this site and ensure our client is kept happy, you will be paid fairly and above award wages rates at $34.00 per hr before tax. Plus 12% super. Options for weekend work too if I will ever need you that needs to be a requirement.
I will be putting alot of responsibility onto the cleaner I choose for this role and expect a high level of care and effort into each day at work. Options for job development aswell.
We are building at the moment and will have other jobs available so there is option when it comes to variety with this role.
You must have a current licence and transport. Even though I'll be giving you a car and equipment and training with 24/7 mentoring and support if wanted.
I need you to have your own vehicle in case the van needs a service or something ever happens and you need another way to work.
I need you to make sure you want to work. I am seeking someone who has a good respectful manner and work ethic. We are Multicultural workplace. Everyone welcome there is no discrimination within my company.
Your job alone may require up to 50+ hours a week so i need the person I'm choosing to be capable, healthy, and fit as the job requires alot of physical exertion. This contract is in the midst of contract transfer and I need to have someone ready by the next month or two. Depending on timing.
You will have to be good with this job and make sure you do what is required. We pay on friday afternoons weekly. Via bank transfer. I will give you the van once you prove to me your capable the equipment I'll give to you first obviously. Then you add it to the van after a few weeks of proving you can do what is required of you.
The job requirements are vacuuming, cob webbing mopping, cleaning all surfaces apart from when directed not too, meet clients expectations, changing toilet rolls and paper towels, adding soap into dispensers when needed. You must do orders monthly for toilet rolls and paper towels. They will be delivered to site for your use.
