Melbourne | Renewable Energy Infrastructure An exciting opportunity exists to join a rapidly growing renewable energy developer and asset owner delivering some of Australia's most significant solar, battery storage and hybrid energy projects.

Working closely with executive leadership, legal counsel and project delivery teams, you will act as the commercial lead for a flagship infrastructure project while also contributing to the broader growth of a national renewable energy portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead commercial and contract management activities during project delivery
- Administer major EPC and construction contracts
- Manage claims, variations, extensions of time (EOTs) and commercial negotiations
- Monitor contractual obligations, governance requirements and project milestones
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks
- Prepare commercial recommendations and reporting for senior stakeholders
- Partner with project delivery, finance, legal and external advisers to support project outcomes
- Manage contractor relationships and ensure contractual obligations are appropriately administered throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the development of strong commercial governance and owner-side project controls

About You
- Strong experience administering construction, EPC, infrastructure, utilities or energy contracts
- Demonstrated capability managing live project delivery environments, including variations, claims, EOTs, notices and contractor management




- Proven understanding of how construction contracts are applied and managed during project execution
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
- Full and unrestricted AU working rights.
