Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Commercial Lawyer. The Commercial Lawyer will advise business clients on a wide range of commercial and corporate law matters, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and managing legal issues, preparing legal opinions and advice.

This is a remote role offering genuine fkexibilty, autonomy and direct client relationships.

Qualifications

Has 4–5 years PAE

Has robust commercial law experience

Is confident working autonomously

Has excellent drafting and negotion skills

Provides practical, commercially focussed advice

Communicates confidentially with clients
