Commercial Property Manager - Team Leader Inner West - manage 2 x staff

Mixed portfolio across the South West Corridor, predominantly Industrial warehouse & sheds, both strata & freehold. Mixed-use retail/warehouse, along with cafes, strip retail & office towers (a full mix).

You will play a pivotal role in optimising your landlord's asset performance, maintaining high occupancy rates, ensuring compliance with lease agreements,



and working closely with tenants to ensure the longevity of their leases.

THE PERSON.

- Senior role is essential for commercial experience – Junior role, we will look at someone from residential

- Class 2 NSW Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Valid NSW Driver’s License and a reliable, insured vehicle
