We are currently seeking a full time experienced Operations/ Customer Service Clerk to join our commercial team based at our office in North Plympton, Adelaide SA.

This role offers a variety of duties, including:
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Booking of waste collection services
- Assisting with customer queries
- General administration duties
- Data entry
- Reconciliation of Supplier and Customer invoices
- Assist in covering other staff during periods of absence




- other operational tasks as required

To be successful in this role you must possess:
- Solid administration skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry;
- Ability to problem solve;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
- Strong computer literacy skills

Geographical knowledge of Adelaide and its surrounding areas would be an advantage. Experience in the waste industry would be desirable but not a necessity.
