About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Community Engagement Manager to join our Clean Energy Link North project team.

CELN is a major transmission infrastructure project supporting Western Australia's transition to a cleaner and more connected energy system.

The role will be based at the Clean Energy Link North Northern Terminal, with regular travel to the Neerabup site to work alongside the wider project team. A company pool vehicle will be available for travel between sites.

You will lead community and stakeholder engagement across the project, working directly with residents, landowners, local communities, government and other key stakeholders. You will build robust relationships, respond to enquiries and concerns, and ensure residents are kept informed throughout project delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Lead community and stakeholder engagement activities
- Build and maintain relationships with residents, landowners, communities and key stakeholders




- Manage community enquiries, concerns and feedback
- Develop and implement engagement strategies and plans
- Coordinate community meetings, consultations and information sessions
- Provide clear communication around project activities, impacts and upcoming works
- Identify and manage emerging stakeholder issues
- Prepare engagement materials, reports and communications
- Work closely with project leadership and delivery teams

About you

- Significant experience in community or stakeholder engagement
- Experience within major infrastructure, energy, utilities, resources or construction
- Strong experience engaging with landowners, communities and government
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder matters in a fast-paced setting

Experience in transmission, renewable energy or major infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
