About the role
This role is all about helping people move better, feel stronger and keep doing the things they love! You’ll bring your physio expertise into people’s homes and communities, creating practical, personalised rehab plans that turn goals into progress. With a wonderfully varied caseload across geriatric, neurological and cardiorespiratory care, you’ll never be stuck doing the same thing twice — and you’ll get to see the real-world difference your work makes every day.

Your key experience and qualifications will include:

- Have a tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Experience in a similar role, bringing relevant skills and knowledge to the team
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills,
including the ability to problem solve and resolve conflict
- Current Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
