SENIOR SITE MANAGER
Project: Class 2 | Mixed-Use Residential
Location: Wollongong NSW 2500
Availability: Monday - Saturday

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team on a landmark high-rise residential development in Wollongong.

This is a rare opportunity to lead the delivery of a large-scale Class 2 project comprising of 300+ residential apartments across two towers, together with associated commercial and retail spaces.

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager and delivery team, you will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, driving programme outcomes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment throughout the project lifecycle.

THE ROLE

- Managing all site-based construction activities from structure through to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
- Driving construction programme milestones and ensuring project deadlines are achieved
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and compliance
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with plans and specifications
- Managing site logistics, sequencing and resource allocation




- Working closely with the Project Manager, consultants and client representatives
- Leading site meetings and maintaining accurate project records
- Identifying and resolving construction issues proactively

ABOUT YOU

- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large-scale Class 2 residential projects
- Strong understanding of NSW construction legislation, NCC requirements and Class 2 compliance obligations
- Experience managing high-rise residential developments through multiple stages of construction
- Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Relevant construction qualifications and industry certifications
