This role offers 2-3 set shifts per week. Applicants must be available for one Saturday evening shift from 5pm to 1am, with additional shifts available.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:

n

- Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality setting
n
- Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
n
- Good understanding of food safety concerns
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
