Up to $50 an hour plus super. No caravan experience needed.

Beyond RV builds caravans and slide-on campers at Mutdapilly, near Ipswich. Demand is strong and we need another builder on the floor.

If you build things for a living and you're good with your hands, we want to hear from you. We'll teach you the caravan-specific work.

Who we're looking for

Get in touch if you've worked as a:

- Cabinetmaker or shopfitter
- Carpenter or joiner
- Boat builder
- Trailer, horse float, or truck body builder
- Sheet metal worker or light fabricator
- Caravan, RV, or camper builder

What counts most:

- You take pride in your work and you notice when something isn't right
- You're reliable
- You work safely and follow the process
- You can get to Mutdapilly each working day

A trade qualification helps but isn't required. Solid hands-on experience counts for more.

The work

Depending on what you're positive at:

- Assembling caravans and slide-on campers




- Interior fit-out and finishing
- Cabinetry and furniture installation
- Aluminium and steel fabrication
- Sealing, waterproofing, and exterior finishing
- Sorting out problems when a build doesn't go to plan
- Final checks before a van leaves the factory

Our electrician handles all electrical work. That's not on you.

The details

Where: 77 Coleyville Road, Mutdapilly QLD 4307

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, one hour for lunch. Saturday work available by agreement if you want them

Pay: $33 to $50 an hour plus super, set on your experience and the quality of your work

Type: Permanent full time

Tools: We provide everything

We can't help with relocation or accommodation, so you'll need to live within driving distance already.
