About th e role As a Care Worker, you'll play an important role in supporting residents' wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

Your day may include:

Providing personal care and daily living support

Building genuine relationships with residents and their families

Promoting residents' dignity, rights and individual choices

Working collaboratively with nurses and care teams

Maintaining accurate documentation and following care plans

You bring both the qualifications and the compassion needed to deliver exceptional care.

To be successful, you'll have:

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent

Experience in aged care, disability, health or community services

Availability to work a rotating roster across a range of shifts

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Location & Transport Located in beautiful Springwood in the Blue Mountains, our home is approximately 1km from Springwood train station. Own transport is helpful but not essential.
