Description: Demi Chef Full time

$32.30 per hour + 12 % Super

Pyrmont, Sydney CBD

Full time Position Monday to Friday – Take back your weekends

Rotating roster between 6am and 6pm

THE POSITION

Food preparation and cooking

Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards

Friendly customer service

Stocktake and control

HACCP compliance,



food safety procedures and OH&S; regulationsGeneral kitchen and cleaning duties as required.

THE PERSON

Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery (Mandatory)

Can be highly organised & fast paced

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Experience in function work and large volume kitchen preferable

Basic understanding of OH&S; regulations, food safety & HACCP compliance
