We are partnering with an established and growing commercial roofing contractor that delivers large-scale roofing packages across Sydney for some of the construction industry’s leading builders.

With a solid pipeline of current and upcoming work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of multiple projects concurrently.

This is a hands‑on delivery role for someone who can manage programme, commercial outcomes, procurement, subcontractors and client relationships while keeping several live projects moving at once.

The Role: You will be responsible for managing multiple commercial roofing projects across Sydney from contract award through to completion. Key responsibilities will include:

Managing several live commercial roofing projects concurrently





Taking ownership of projects from award through to handover

Programming works and coordinating labour, subcontractors and suppliers

Managing procurement, materials and project logistics

Working closely with Site Managers, Supervisors and construction teams

Monitoring project costs, variations and commercial performance

Managing relationships with major builders and contractors

Coordinating with head contractors, consultants and other trades

Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard

Identifying project risks early and driving practical solutions
