Bank of Melbourne is seeking a Business Development Manager to strengthen our broker distribution network in Melbourne, VIC. You’ll be the key link between our mortgage broker partners and Bank of Melbourne, promoting our value proposition and driving trust and referrals. You’ll manage an active broker portfolio, coach on loan structuring, and push towards broker NPS and settlement targets while delivering strategic plans and attending industry events to expand opportunities.
