Warehouse Storeperson - Receival and Dispatch

Location: Coopers Plains, 4108
Employment type: Permanent, full time
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm with occasional Saturday Shift (Rotating roster, roughly 1-2 shifts a month)
Remuneration: $32 –$35 per hour, depending on experience
Start date: Immediate or by agreement

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be working in a role at our warehouse in Coopers Plains (right by the train station!)

This is primarily a warehousing role: You will play an significant role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring products are received, stored, picked, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

You don’t need a warehouse background to thrive in this role. We’re more interested in who you are than what you’ve done. We’re looking for someone organised, detail-oriented, and genuinely reliable.

Requirements:

A current Driver’s and LF forklift licence is required.

Positive level of fitness with the ability to complete manual handling tasks. The position requires the safe handling of products weighing 20kg and above.

What you’ll be doing:

Your working hours will be between 8:00am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday plus potential for Saturday shifts, after-hours work and maybe even away jobs!

You will spend most of your time receiving and storing stock, preparing stock for our delivery team, maintaining organization in the warehouse.

Greeting and assisting customers over the bench

Key Responsibilities Include:

Receiving and checking incoming stock against purchase orders

Labelling and storing stock in warehouse locations

Picking and packing customer orders accurately

Maintaining accurate stock records within the company’s inventory system

Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and well organised.

Operating a forklift to load, unload and relocate goods.

Supporting the internal sales and delivery teams as reasonably required.
