Job Description

Worldsmart POS Solutions in Eight Mile Plains QLD is seeking a Field Technician & Helpdesk Support to install and configure POS hardware/software, train customers, and provide practical on-site support. You will build solid customer relationships, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

The role requires travel to client sites, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential.
