About the Role:

As the key point of contact for clients, veterinary clinics, and internal teams, you will ensure that enquiries, bookings, viewings, and aftercare services are delivered with professionalism, accuracy, and genuine care. Your work directly supports the company's purpose ofhonouring a lifetime of unconditional love.

This is apart‑time positionwithflexible hoursto suit your availability. Due to the remote location, candidates must havetheir own transportand avalid driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate, professional support to families and vet partners.
- Handle phone, email, online bookings, chat, and social media enquiries.
- Work closely with operations and Area Managers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Greet and support clients attending viewings,



collecting ashes, or arranging deliveries.
- Payment Processing - Manage payments including Zip Pay and Vet Pay.
- Record Keeping - Maintain accurate client and veterinary records.
- Scheduling - Organise vet, home, and office collections, including travel logistics.
- Issue Escalation - Identify and escalation concerns to management.
- Standards & Safety - Maintain hygiene, presentation, WH&S;, and company policies.

About You

- Compassionate Communicator - Calm, empathetic, and professional.
- Customer Service Background - Minimum 2 years in an office-based customer service role.
- Detail-Oriented - Strong administrative and accuracy skills.
- Emotionally Resilient - Comfortable supporting clients during emotional moments.
- Positive Under Pressure - Able to remain steady and supportive during busy periods.
- Transport Ready - Own vehicle and valid driver's licence required.
