The Position

n

We are looking for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join our Melbourne team. Reporting to the Team Leader, this is a full-time position offering great career development and support.

n

Whether you're currently in Owners Corporation, Property Management, or Facilities Management, if you have a passion for property and building strong relationships, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Attending meetings and preparing minutes
n
- Building strong relationships with Committees
n
- Providing practical, solutions-focused advice to clients
n
- Preparing annual budgets and reviewing financial reports (training provided)
n
- Managing correspondence and resolving client queries
n
- Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
n
- Resolving disputes in a professional and timely manner
n

You are customer-focused, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced professional workplace.



With a proactive approach and strong attention to detail, you can manage competing demands while maintaining high service standards

Ideally, you will bring:

- Prior experience in Owners Corporation Management or a related property field
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong organisational, time management, and negotiation abilities
n
- A commitment to delivering high-quality client service
n
- Competence with (or the ability to learn) StrataMax and Microsoft Office Suite
