This is a customer-focused, full-time opportunity, located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. We are looking for a Service Receptionist with a desire to learn and grow, as part of our award-winning team.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

- First point of contact - bring your smile
n
- Book appointments, follow up contact and assist customers with queries
n
- Proactively communicate with customers
n
- Daily administration and support for the service and sales teams
n
- Nurture our existing, loyal customer base and develop new customer relationships
n

About You:

n

- Good computer skills are essential
n
- Know how to connect with people and understand what a quality customer service experience truly means
n
- Well-presented and professional presentation
n
- Able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
n




- Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
- Proactive, not reactive approach
n
- Able to work Monday to Friday - 07.30am - 5.00pm
n
- Full working rights, and committed to a full-time role
