We're recruiting an experienced Oral Health Therapist to join a progressive, multidisciplinary dental practice in Kalgoorlie, WA.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an OHT seeking a rewarding regional position, with the choice of relocating permanently or working a 7-on, 7-off roster.

About the role
n
You'll deliver comprehensive oral healthcare to both children and adults, including periodontal maintenance, preventive care and restorative treatments.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Managing an established and diverse patient base
n
Providing periodontal, preventive and restorative treatments
n
Educating patients and promoting long-term oral health
n
Working alongside general dentists, orthodontists and IV sedation clinicians
n
Supporting oral health education in schools and childcare centres
n
Providing care to schools throughout the region using the practice's dental van
n
Maintaining accurate clinical records and a high standard of patient care
n
Working collaboratively with Dental Assistants, front office staff and the wider clinical team
n
A practice that understands OHTs
n
The practice is owned and clinically led by an Oral Health Therapist who genuinely understands the scope, demands and value of the role.
n
You'll be supported to practise as a respected clinician, with realistic expectations, access to mentoring and opportunities to develop your skills in paediatric, preventive, periodontal and restorative care.
n
About you
n
To be considered, you will ideally have:
n
A minimum of two years' experience in hygiene and therapy
n
Qualification as an Oral Health Therapist or dual-qualified Hygienist/Therapist
n
Current AHPRA registration
n
Strong patient-centred communication skills
n
Confidence working with children, parents and anxious patients
n
The ability to work independently within your clinical scope
n
A reliable, adaptable and collaborative approach
n
A commitment to high clinical standards and ongoing development
