Manage claims across a diverse portfolio of insurance products Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the claims process Liaise with insurers,
underwriters and other key stakeholders Provide advice and support to clients on claims matters Manage claims from lodgement through to resolution Ensure claims are progressed efficiently and in the best interests of clients What do you need?
Experience in an intermediated claims environment Broking claims experience is highly regarded Strong understanding of the insurance claims process Good knowledge of the role brokers play throughout the claims lifecycle Exposure to a broad range of insurance products is advantageous Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
