Established Aged Care Provider | Registered Nurse

Are you an experienced Facility Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity with an established aged care provider? We are currently recruiting for a Facility Manager to lead a residential aged care facility located near North Ryde. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-established nursing home, leading a strong clinical and care team while working within an experienced organisational structure.

The Opportunity As Facility Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, performance and quality of the home.

You will be supported by a clear leadership structure:

Facility Manager

Care Manager

Registered Nurses

Care Staff

You'll have the opportunity to lead from the front, develop your clinical leadership team and ensure residents receive a high standard of care and support.

About You

Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Facility Manager / Home Manager in Residential Aged Care

Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance and quality within RAC

Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Full Australian working rights
