We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded

Regional Business Manager

to join our Franchise Support Team.

This is a high-impact role working directly with franchise business owners to improve performance, strengthen operations, drive sales growth and support long‑term business success.

Rather than simply auditing stores or enforcing compliance, our Regional Business Managers act as trusted advisers, coaches and business partners to franchisees, helping them unlock opportunities and achieve their full potential.

About the Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager - Franchising, you will have a portfolio (territory) of between 15-20 predominately franchised sites across the Andersens network.

You will work closely with business owners and their leadership teams to improve business performance, increase profitability and identify opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting regular business reviews with franchisees

Analysing sales, margin, financial and operational performance

Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and customer experience

Coaching business owners and management teams

Facilitating action plans and accountability around business goals

Support store compliance

Assisting stores to grow residential, commercial in flooring and window furnishings sales

Supporting underperforming businesses through structured improvement plans

Encouraging adoption of company systems, technology and best practices

Supporting recent store openings,



ownership transitions and succession planning

Building strong relationships throughout the franchise network

Acting as a key link between franchisees and support office

About You You are commercially driven, highly organised and passionate about helping businesses succeed.

You will ideally bring:

Experience in franchise operations, business development, retail operations or multi-site management

Strong commercial and financial acumen

Ability to analyse business performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience coaching business owners, managers or leadership teams

A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Strong planning and organisational skills

Ability to travel regularly throughout your assigned region

Current unrestricted driver's licence

Highly Desirable

Franchising experience

Flooring industry experience

Window furnishings experience

Retail, home improvement or trade industry experience

Exposure to NetSuite ERP would be highly beneficial.

Territory management experience

Business coaching, consulting or advisory experience
