Balance Physio GC is looking for a Physiotherapist to join our growing Mermaid Beach clinic.

n

We believe great physiotherapy combines strong clinical reasoning, hands-on treatment, patient education and exercise rehabilitation.
n Our patients come to us because they want a clinician who will take the time to assess what is happening, provide genuine treatment and develop a clear plan to help them improve.

About the Role

n

You will manage a varied private practice caseload, with a strong focus on musculoskeletal physiotherapy and hands-on treatment.

n

Your role will include:

n

n
- Assessing and treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions
n
- Providing hands-on treatment and manual therapy where clinically appropriate
n
- Developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans
n
- Incorporating exercise rehabilitation,



strengthening and conditioning into treatment
n
- Managing acute injuries, chronic conditions and post-surgical rehabilitation
n
- Educating patients and helping them understand their condition and treatment pathway
n
- Building robust, long-term relationships with patients
n
- Supporting appropriate rebooking and continuity of care
n
- Maintaining high-quality clinical notes and professional standards
n
- Working collaboratively with our wider allied health team
n
- Contributing to internal and external referral relationships
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who:

n

- Has strong musculoskeletal assessment and treatment skills
n
- Is confident with manual therapy and hands-on treatment
n
- Has good clinical reasoning
n
- Can manage a varied caseload
n
- Communicates confidently with patients
n
- Enjoys building long-term patient relationships
n
- Takes ownership of patient outcomes
n
- Values a combination of hands-on treatment and evidence-based rehabilitation
n
- Wants to be part of a growing, multidisciplinary healthcare organisation
n
- We are open to Physiotherapists at different stages of their career and are particularly interested in finding the right clinical fit and approach to patient care.

Experience Highly Regarded

- Experience or additional training in any of the following would be an advantage:

- Sports Physiotherapy
n
- Manual Therapy
n
- Dry Needling
n
- Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
n
- Strength & Conditioning
n
- Chronic Pain Management
n
- Headache and Cervical Spine Conditions
n
- Vestibular Rehabilitation
n
- BPPV, dizziness and balance conditions
n
- Vestibular experience is not essential. For the right Physiotherapist, we are open to supporting professional development in this area.
