Danton Insulation & Sheetmetal is an industry-leading insulation and passive fire company with a rapidly expanding crew and a growing pipeline of projects across Sydney. We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Laggers to join our team. You will work on tier one construction projects, confident working independently, understanding lagging and cladding requirements thoroughly, and taking pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities
n
n
- Insulating pipes and valves
n
- Installing cladding to pipes
n
- Fire-rated walls, floors and service penetrations
n
- Reading plans and identifying compliant solutions
n
- Completing quality-control documentation and site records
n
- Use of CTRL Doc system
n
- Working in accordance with Australian Standards, NCC requirements and manufacturer specifications
n

About you
n
n
- Extensive lagging experience is essential
n
- Strong practical knowledge of lagging and cladding procedures on tier one construction projects
n
- Can identify and rectify non-compliant installations
n
- Can read and interpret construction plansWork efficiently with minimal supervision
n
- Strong eye for detail and quality
n
- Take safety and compliance seriously
n
- Reliable, punctual and professional
n
- Hold a current driver's licence and White Card
n
- Solid work ethic and take pride in work
