The Role

As a Booking Consultant, you'll work out in the field across storm-affected residential areas, speaking directly with homeowners and booking free, no-obligation property assessments with our Hail Damage Assessor team.

This is an active, outdoor, people-focused role. You'll spend your day meeting new people, starting conversations and creating opportunities.

You'll work Monday to Friday, with optional weekend work available for those wanting to earn more.

No previous roofing, insurance or sales experience is required. We'll provide the training and support - we're looking for the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You'll Earn

- $65,000 base salary + super

- $85–95K OTE for solid performers meeting expectations

- Higher earning potential for high performers and potential for a company vehicle

- Uncapped commissions

- Commission based on your own results
