Your new role

As Construction Manager, you will oversee the delivery of multiple luxury residential projects while leading, mentoring and growing the construction team. You will play a key role in driving programme performance, quality outcomes, team culture and operational excellence across the business.

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience delivering luxury custom homes or similar high-end residential projects
- Previous experience leading high-performing construction teams
- Strong leadership,
