About the Role

On behalf of our client, Poly Master Australia Pty Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage and coordinate their property development and construction projects in Western Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing subdivision, civil infrastructure and residential construction activities and coordinating consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and coordinate subdivision, civil and residential construction projects.

· Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and construction milestones.

· Coordinate architects, engineers, surveyors, builders, contractors and suppliers.

· Manage procurement, tenders and contractor appointments.

· Monitor construction costs, variations and contractor claims.

· Oversee construction progress, quality and contractor performance.





· Liaise with consultants and relevant authorities regarding project approvals.

· Ensure compliance with approved plans, building requirements, safety standards and contractual obligations.

· Identify and manage project risks, delays and cost overruns.

· Coordinate project meetings, reporting, completion and handover.

Skills and Experience

· Relevant tertiary qualification and/or substantial relevant experience in construction project management, property development or a related field.

· Demonstrated experience managing building, property development or civil construction projects.

· Minimum 2 years experience in project scheduling, budgeting, procurement and contractor management.

· Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.

· Strong organisational, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
