Construction Project Manager - Pizza Hut (Based in Sydney or Brisbane)
Are you a Construction Project Manager looking to make a real impact in a fast‑growing organisation? Flynn ANZ is searching for a dynamic project leader to drive the delivery of high‑quality new builds, refurbishments and remodels across Pizza Hut’s ANZ network.
As part of our Commercial/Development team, you’ll play a key role in managing the seamless design, construction and rollout of new restaurants and upgrades across the region, ensuring every project reflects the strength of the Pizza Hut brand.

What you will do:
- Manage the delivery of new restaurant builds, refurbishments and construction projects from planning through to opening
- Coordinate various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and risks to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Lead tender processes, contractor selection and procurement activities
- Oversee construction, site inspections, handovers and defect resolution
- Identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities across projects
- Prepare and manage CAPEX budgets, approvals and project reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers and stakeholder communications
- Support the growth and ongoing improvement of the Pizza Hut Australia restaurant network
What you will bring:
- 5+ years’ construction project management experience (retail/QSR preferred) with relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
- Experienced in operations design principles
- Ability to read technical drawings; intermediate AutoCAD (or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proactive problem‑solver with robust attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office: project software experience (Monday.com is a plus).
