Hays is currently recruiting a Site Supervisor for a Tier 3 educational builder.

Project options you can choose either north of the river or south of the river.

Projects are tilt up construction mainly and are fast turnaround.

Projects: Retail & Hospitality - 7/11 stores, BWS, fuel stations, fast food restaurants.

Ongoing work from regular clients, 5+ years relationship with sub-contractors with excellent collaboration.

No weekend work or overtime, work life balance.

You will have the support of a Construction manager, Project Manager and Contract Administrator.

This is a well known builder with regular and trustworthy sub-contractors operating over 5+ years

About the Role The Site Manager will oversee the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

- Manage site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.




- Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications

- Construction Diploma or similar is an advantage
- Experience as a Site Manager managing Design & Construct projects within commercial construction with a main builder ( 2+ years required)
- Tilt up experience is an advantage
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Pay range and compensation package

- $135-150K depending on experience + benefits + car + bonus
