We’re looking for a Content & Ecommerce Superstar who has a flair for storytelling and is ready to help take our content, social media presence, community interaction, and ecommerce sales to the next level.

This is a start-where-you-are, grow-as-you-go role. You'll kick things off deep in content, for our organic and paid ad accounts, and as you find your feet, we'll hand you more. Think all the parts that make up an e-commerce strategy; email marketing, SEO/SEM, managing paid ads and beyond. We're not expecting you to walk in knowing it all. We're part of Ecommerce Equation, so there's a whole network of expertise around you - your job is to bring the curiosity and the hustle,

and we'll help fill in the rest.

Your day will include…

- Creating scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok and paid social
- Filming and editing product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes content
- Lead end-to-end content process, from ideation, planning, filming, editing and posting
- Writing punchy captions and ad copy that sound like Madame Tiger
- Keeping our content calendar moving in line with campaigns and drops
- Tracking and reporting on what's working (and what's not) and asking why
- Community management across social media and emails
- Discovering and engage with creators, influencers, and brand advocates

Where It Grows From There:

As you settle in your role will expand into:

- Email / SMS marketing (Klaviyo) — flows, campaigns, retention
- SEO/SEM, website management and merchandising (Shopify)
- Paid ads management
- More ownership over total e-commerce strategy – development, analysis and reporting

Who You Are:

- A few years under your belt,



developing content for yourself or brands and want to take things to the next level
- Genuine can-do attitude and curious - you ask questions, you don't just wait to be told
- Confident with a camera, creating content is second nature and you’re keen to refine your skills
- A digital native; you’re chronically online - across viral social trends, the who’s who on the internet and you understand what makes people stop scrolling
- A team player who's happy to jump in wherever needed, no task too small
- Wizard level skills in Canva and CapCut (or other video editing tools)
- You’re across Shopify and/or Klaviyo, and if not, you want to dive straight in
