Securecorp is seeking motivated Control Room Operators and Security Officers to join our team across Retail sites in and around Sydney CBD and inner suburbs. In this role, you will deliver high-quality security services while providing exceptional customer service and responding effectively to incidents and emergencies. Opportunities are available on a permanent part-time and casual basis, with flexible rostering to suit a variety of availability preferences.

About the Role

These positions involve maintaining a safe and secure retail setting while delivering professional customer service and supporting daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the safety and security of clients, staff, and members of the public
- Conduct foot patrols, access control, and site monitoring
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies professionally
- Deliver high-level customer service within a retail environment
- Complete accurate incident reports and daily logs

Skills & Experience

- Current NSW Security Licence (including Crowd Control)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and well-presented approach
- Ability to remain calm and effective in dynamic situations
