Fitzroy River Lodge, is a leading hospitality provider situated along the iconic Great Nothern Highway in the Kimberely region of Western Australia. We are actively seeking for 4 Cooks to work with us. This role is available for a four year period, commencing in December 2026. The hourly rate will be in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (MA000009), Level 2. The position operates on a seven-day rotating roster, which may include weekend shifts. List of Duties
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Cook food in various utensils or grillers
- Ensure outstanding presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Check quality of ingredients

- Commitment to following established procedures and health and safety practices
- Guaranteed commitment to shift times; being flexible and punctual
- Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
