Batch Cookie Bar makes thick, gooey, chocolate-loaded cookies, and we're looking for a bubbly, people-loving Cookie Sales Superstar to help us share them with the world.

About us

We're a Brisbane cookie bakery baking fresh batches, delivering same-day, and popping up at markets and events. If you think a warm cookie can fix most things, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting customers with energy and a big smile, in person at stalls and pop-ups and online
- Helping people choose their perfect cookies (and gently nudging them towards a 12-pack)
- Baking cookies (full training provided)
- Taking orders, handling payments and keeping the counter looking spotless
- Packing orders and helping with same-day deliveries
- Answering customer questions and making sure everyone leaves happier than they arrived
- Sharing ideas. Our team loves hearing what customers are craving

- Are reliable: you show up on time, every time, and you're someone the team can count on




- Stay calm and cheerful when it gets busy (queues happen when cookies are this good)
- Take pride in the details, like neat packaging, accurate orders and a tidy display
- Are a team player who's happy to jump in wherever needed

Bonus points for
- Retail, hospitality or customer service experience
- Social media confidence or an eye for great photos
- Knowledge of Brisbane's food and events scene
- A serious cookie opinion (chewy vs crispy? We want to hear it.)
