The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (Cth) (CDPP) is seeking an experienced Coordinator to support the CDPP to fulfil its purpose through the delivery of a broad range of support services to the legal practice groups in accordance with our national service offer, operational requirements, and performance standards. About the role The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that day-to-day support services meet the evolving operational needs of the legal practice groups. They also play a supporting role in broader business improvement initiatives and projects, including the implementation of digital litigation capability as part of the CDPP’s broader transformation agenda.

The Coordinator will

- Supervise a team in a dynamic operating environment;
- Operate under limited direction and be responsible for prioritisation, allocation, and monitoring of work requests within their team;
- Build team capability by providing coaching, mentoring and targeted training to support and develop individuals within their team and provide regular feedback on performance; and




- Manage and support change to assist with the achievement of broader workgroup objectives and strategic direction, using data and evidence driven approaches for improvement and anticipating and establishing work priorities.
