About the Role

Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you will be responsible for the timely collection of outstanding debt, maintaining a clean ledger and providing exceptional customer service across a diverse portfolio of customers located throughout Australia and Current Zealand.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage business-to-business collections and follow up overdue accounts.
- Process credit applications and assess customer credit worthiness.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment or claim queries.
- Allocate payments and investigate missing remittances.
- Review credit reports and identify potential credit risks.
- Partner closely with customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.
- Prepare monthly ledger reviews and escalate high-risk accounts when required.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 3-5 years' experience in corporate credit control or accounts receivable.
- Strong business-to-business collections experience.
- SAP experience and strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Experience managing large customer ledgers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A collaborative, team-first attitude.
