We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused

Operations Administrator

to support our FIFO Workforce Coordination, Remote Catering Operations, and Daily Operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating logistics, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

This position is based in our Head Office in Bundall, Gold Coast.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Workforce, Catering and Daily Operational Teams

Coordinate travel, rosters and logistics for FIFO remote workforce

Maintain accurate data across systems and bookings

Support catering operations administration and supplier coordination

Prepare reports, track documentation, and assist with compliance processes

Liaise with remote site teams, managers and stakeholders

Provide general administrative support to the Operations Team

ABOUT YOU

Experience or interest in AI efficiencies and systems (highly advantageous)

Exposure to, or a strong understanding of FIFO and remote camp/village environments and operations (highly regarded)

Strong administrative and organisational skills

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Excellent communication and stakeholder skills

Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Confident using Microsoft Office and systems
