Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide the customer service team, handling enquiries via phone and email and resolving complaints and service escalations

Investigate delivery delays, lost freight, and shipment issues,



coordinating with operations and transport teams

Maintain accurate customer records and follow up outstanding cases through to completion

Performance Report analysis, Identify recurring issues, drive service improvements, and support the team's day-to-day performance

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service experience, with some experience leading or guiding a team

Experience handling customer complaints and escalations

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure

Fluent in English and Mandarin, spoken and written
