Theroleisaboutmorethanrespondingwhenmachinerybreaksdown.Youwillbeinvolvedinpreventativemaintenance,mechanicalfaultdiagnosis,equipmentreliabilityandongoingimprovementsthathelpkeepproductionrunningefficiently. Wearelookingforcandidateswithgenuinetradequalificationsandhands-onindustryexperience.Candidatecredentials,qualificationsandexperiencewillbeassessedaspartoftherecruitmentprocess,helpingconnecttherighttechnicalprofessionalwiththerightlong-termopportunity. Performpreventativeandscheduledmaintenanceacrossproductionmachineryandfixedplant Respondtomechanicalbreakdownsandrestoreequipmenttosafeoperatingcondition Diagnosemechanicalfaultsandidentifytheunderlyingcauseofequipmentfailures Maintainconveyors,pumps,gearboxes,motors,bearingsandpneumaticsystems Inspectmachineryandidentifypotentialmechanicalissuesbeforebreakdownsoccur Supportproductionteamsbyreducingunplanneddowntime Completemachinerychangeoversandassistwithequipmentupgrades Contributetoreliabilityimprovementsandcontinuousimprovementinitiatives Maintainaccuratemaintenancereportsandservicerecords Workcloselywithproductionandmaintenancepersonneltomaintainequipmentperformance Followworkplacehealthandsafetyrequirementsandsiteprocedures Complywithrelevantfoodmanufacturingandhygienestandards Promotesafe,reliableandefficientmaintenancepractices Requirements & Eligibility
