Role Responsibilities

Develop and execute a clear business development and client engagement strategy

Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities across target sectors

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders

Lead and contribute to EOI submissions, tenders and capability presentations

Work closely with pre construction and delivery teams to ensure seamless handover

Track market activity, identify trends and position the business ahead of competitors

Represent the business at industry events, networking functions and client meetings

Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

About You

4 plus years experience in a Business Development role within construction or fit out

Proven track record of securing work and generating new opportunities

Strong existing network across clients, consultants and industry professionals

Commercially astute with a strategic mindset

Confident communicator with strong influencing and relationship building skills

Self motivated, driven and comfortable working autonomously

Passionate about the construction industry and delivering quality outcomes
