Swoosh Finance in Springwood (Brisbane) is looking for an experienced IDR/EDR Complaints Officer to join our growing team. This full-time, office-based role supports a fast-paced, professional setting with a highly experienced team.

You will manage complaints end-to-end across IDR and EDR, draft responses to customers and AFCA, review documentation, and ensure compliance with RG271 and internal policies while collaborating with internal departments.
