Randstad is recruiting for a 2IC Transport Leader to step up to Transport Manager, overseeing a fleet of 74 drivers and support staff in NSW. Based in Sydney south-west, you will drive efficiency, delegate effectively, and lead a shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM to cut costs and boost service levels.

The role requires robust leadership, experience with TMS and ERP systems, and a commitment to HACCP and safety standards. A Bachelor’s degree in management is highly desirable.
