Are you an experienced administrator or executive support professional who also has a background in nursing, counselling, mental health, behaviour support, training or allied health?
n
TAUS Care is looking for an organised, capable and people-focused Executive Support Officer to join our team in Underwood.
n
Reporting to the General Manager – Operations (GM-Ops), you will provide executive and operational support, help keep key priorities on track, and support the effective coordination of our Care Coordinator team.
n
Your specialist background could be a real advantage in this role. We are particularly interested in someone who can combine strong administration and coordination skills with professional knowledge relevant to disability and community services.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Working closely with the GM-Ops, you will:
n
n
- Provide high-quality executive, administrative and operational support
n
- Assist the GM-Ops in coordinating and supporting the work of Care Coordinators
n
- Follow up operational priorities, actions and deliverables to help keep matters on track
n
- Coordinate information, documentation and reporting required by Management
n
- Support effective communication across the operational team
n
- Assist with staff-related administration, onboarding and compliance activities
n
- Help coordinate meetings, training and other organisational activities
n
- Maintain accurate records, registers and internal systems
n
- Provide backup support for rostering and scheduling when required
n
- Identify outstanding matters, service gaps or operational issues requiring attention
n
- Assist with continuous improvement and other operational priorities as required
n
n
The role may also participate in TAUS Care's rotational on-call arrangements where required.
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who is organised, dependable and proactive, with the confidence to work closely with management and follow matters through to completion.
n
You will ideally bring:
n
n
- Experience in executive support, administration, business support or a similar role
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication
n
- Confidence working with different people and competing priorities
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
n
- Good judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
n
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and business systems
n
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
n
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
n
n
Experience within NDIS, disability, aged care,
healthcare or community services would be highly regarded.
n
Have an Additional Professional Skill Set?
n
We are particularly interested in candidates who bring professional skills or qualifications beyond administration that could add value to our team and the people we support.
n
Experience, qualifications or expertise in any of the following would be highly regarded:
n
n
- Psychology, counselling or mental health
n
- Positive Behaviour Support / behaviour management
n
- Nursing or clinical services
n
- Training, facilitation or staff development
n
- Allied health or community services
n
n
These skills are highly desirable, not mandatory.
n

Essential Requirements
n
The successful applicant will need to meet applicable TAUS Care employment and compliance requirements, including:
n
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Relevant NDIS Worker Screening requirements
n
- Blue Card where applicable
n
- Police Check
n
- First Aid and CPR
n
- Successful reference checks
n
n
