The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of fabrication, welding, rigging and installation duties on site. You will work as part of a professional team, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Boilermaking, fabrication and structural steel work
- Welding and general maintenance
- Rigging, lifting and positioning of equipment and materials
- Reading and interpreting drawings
- Installation and site-based repairs
- Working safely around heavy machinery and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following site procedures, SWMS and safety requirements
About you
- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker/Welder or relevant experience
- Previous rigging and site experience
- Solid understanding of workplace health and safety
- Ability to read drawings and work independently
- Current rigging tickets/licences highly regarded
- White Card
- Current driver's licence
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
