We're looking for a energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our Chatswood team and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the 2XU brand.

In this role, you'll play a key part in driving store performance, coaching and developing a high-energy team, managing inventory, visual merchandising, sales targets and budgets – all while making sure our customers leave the store feeling inspired.

What You'll Be Doing

- Drive store performance by achieving sales targets and KPIs while fostering team growth
n
- Deliver a world-class customer experience that embodies the 2XU brand
n
- Support operational excellence across inventory, rostering, visual merchandising and store presentation
n
- Inspire and support your team through coaching, mentoring and hands‐on leadership
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and visually striking store environment
n
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
n
- Step up and lead the team in the Store Manager's absence
n
- Build a positive team culture that reflects 2XU's values and high-performance mindset
n

What You'll Bring

- Previous retail management or 2IC experience (essential)
n




- A genuine passion for health, fitness and high-performance apparel
n
- Confident, hands‐on leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
n
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
n
- Strong operational skills across rostering, stock management and store presentation
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Energy, enthusiasm and a drive to make a real impact
n
- Flexibility to work across weekends and peak trading periods
